Hot Springs in Japan.
When the Japanese travel in Japan they head straight for hot springs. It's the country's most popular travel activity by far. Hot springs are considered a way to renew and connect with nature. There are thousands of hot springs at hotels, ryokan, resorts and spas all over the country. Be sure to familiarize yourself with onsen manners before your trip. Otherwise, something embarrassing might happen.
The variety of Onsen is incredible: natural or artificial, Interior or exterior, small as a bathtub or large like a pool, with boiling water or tepid, white or transparent, with an odor of sulfur, or sweet and earthy.

The outdoor baths are rustic, wood or stone, and in General along a river or the sea. Some are in caves, under a canopy of tropical vegetation, behind falls – water, take the form of thermal mud or sand banhosde.

There are many ONSEN in the mountains: after a walk, a bath in an outdoor pool in the snow is a unique experience. Exotic ONSEN interiors include bathtubs in cable cars.

In some hotels and resorts public ONSEN is possible spend just a few hours instead of spending the night there.

The prices of this visits can be quite reasonable – 600 yen and 2500 yen.

Man, if there's one thing I absolutely love in Japan, it's the legendary YUKIMI DAIFUKU 雪見だいふく, a mochi sweet with ice cream filling created by Lotte in Japan. And for those who read the post about the 3 minutes of ramen, they also thought about psychology to promote the product. Check it out. One day in 1980, candy developers from Lotte, when returning from the city of Hakata in Fukuoka, land of Adegão, were enchanted by a traditional sweet from there (I'm a sucker for it).
